What happens to your part. You do the first two. We do the rest and tell you when each one is done.

Step 01
Upload and see the price
Drop an STL, 3MF or OBJ, or pick an object from the shelf. The price comes from the real geometry, not from a guess.
- Choose material, size, colours, quality and quantity
- The price, weight and printing time update as you change them
- Volume discounts from 5 units, shown before you order
Step 02
Review and order
Send the order with your shipping details. No account to create, and nothing is charged yet.
- No sign-up: an email address is enough
- You pay only after we have checked the file
- Secure payment link: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer
Step 03
File preparation
A person opens your file in the slicer and prepares it for the material you chose.
- Orientation for strength and the cleanest surface
- Supports only where needed, placed where they leave the fewest marks
- Thin walls, holes and tolerances checked; if something will not print well, we tell you before you pay
Step 04
Printing in Zagreb
Your part prints on our own calibrated machines in the studio, never sent to a third party.
- FDM printers with hardened nozzles for carbon nylon
- Resin printer for fine detail
- Dried filament and tested profiles for every material we sell
Step 05
Finishing and quality control
Every part comes off the plate and goes through the same checks before it is packed.
- Supports removed and contact points cleaned
- Brass threaded inserts set with heat, if you ordered them
- Critical dimensions measured with a calliper against your file
- Resin parts washed and cured under UV
Step 06
Packing and tracked shipping
Packed so it arrives as it left, and on its way with tracking straight to your inbox.
- Kraft box with paper padding, no plastic fill
- DPD or GLS to all 27 EU countries; in Croatia also BOX NOW lockers or pick-up in Zagreb
- Usually 1-2 days in Croatia and 2-5 days across most of the EU

Four checks before anything ships. If a part fails one, we print it again at our cost. You never receive the one that did not pass.

Visual inspection
Layer lines, surfaces, edges and support marks checked under a bright light, part by part.
Dimensions
Critical measurements taken with a calliper against your file. ±0.2 mm on most FDM parts.
Material and colour
The material, colours and quantity checked against your order before the box is closed.
Final approval
A last look by the person who packs it. If they would not send it to a friend, it does not ship.
