What they are
Cookies and local storage (localStorage, IndexedDB) are small pieces of data a site keeps in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work and need no permission; the rest are used only if you accept them, as required by EU rules and the Croatian Electronic Communications Act.
Essential (always on)
| Name | Purpose | Type | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| zg3d_consent | Remembers your cookie choice | First-party cookie | 180 days |
| zg3d_locale | Remembers the language you picked | First-party cookie | 1 year |
| zg3d-theme | Remembers light or dark mode | localStorage | Until you clear it |
| zg3d-cart | Keeps your cart | localStorage | Until you clear it |
| zg3d-studio | Remembers the quote studio settings | localStorage | Until you clear it |
| mariscal-print | Keeps the 3D file you opened on your device, so a reload doesn't lose it | IndexedDB | Until you clear it |
This data stays in your browser; we don't use it to track you and don't share it with anyone.
Analytics (only with your permission)
If you choose «Analytics», we use PostHog on its EU cloud (Frankfurt) to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, clicks, errors and anonymised session recordings in which every form field is masked. Without your permission PostHog isn't even loaded.
| Name | Purpose | Type | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| ph_<project>_posthog | Tells visits and sessions apart, pseudonymously | First-party cookie + localStorage | 1 year |
| ph_<project>_window_id, ph_<project>_primary_window_exists | Links the pages of one session | sessionStorage | The session |
Media (only with your permission)
If we ever show videos or maps from other services (YouTube, for example), they load only if you choose «Media». Those services set their own cookies under their own policies. Today the site embeds none.
How to change your choice
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time. When you withdraw it, analytics stops immediately.
You can also delete the site's cookies and storage in your browser settings (your cart and saved file will be lost). For any question, write to hello@zg3dstudio.com. More in the privacy policy.
